Dr. Harry Burnett, the founder and medical director of Care
for Sport, has a special interest in sports injuries and is recognised
as a specialist in this field by the major private health insurance
companies.
He has recently left General Practice to focus on
his work at Care for Sport and is available to fully assess and
advise you on your specific problem whether sports related or
not. He is also able to recommend and arrange further tests,
such as x-rays, ultrasound and MRI scans.
Dr. Burnett has a particular interest in myofascial release acupuncture
techniques, which can improve muscle and soft tissue mobility
and provide pain relief and functional improvement in many chronic
problems such as longstanding neck and back pain.
